Following the launch of my Mexican cookbook, My Abuela's Table, I was approached by Melbourne based stoneware company Ashdene to produce my own range of Mexican style stoneware. Naturally I jumped at the chance. Who wouldn't love their own range of stoneware sitting in their kitchen?

Each piece was individually designed and hand painted in water colour and ink. The range features bright florals and colourful birds and butterflies. I didn't intend the pieces to be based on "traditional" Mexican designs, but heavily influenced by my travels to Mexico.

You can purchase La Cocina at Myer, and selected homewares stores around Australia. You can also purchase the range online over here!
